BoomZ, DDTank – The Same MMO Browser Game

BoomZ or BOOMZ Hall is a 2D Chinese online browser game developed by Shenzhen-based 7th Road, China. The game was originally released under the platform MMOG.asia. Later the team managed to bring the application to Friendster’s game application portfolio. In October, 2010 the Chinese developer of Boomz partnered with Asian famous free mmorpg publisher Aeria Games to publish this game under the name called DDTank, whose pronunciation keeps the same with Chinese Name 弹弹堂 or DanDanTang in PinYin. That is why Aeria Games named this game as DDTank.

In August, the developer released a huge expansion for its browser shooter game BoomZ called Boomz 2.0 “De Expedition”, which includes new quests, Arms system, PK system, and personalization system.

Basically, DDTank or Boomz follows the side scrolling adventure gameplay and players in the game could use Up, Down, Left, Right button to navigate their characters, using Space button to release attack.

Boasting enchanting graphics, fashionable costumes and cute characters, Boomz bears the similarity with MapleStory and MaxPow. Plus its ingame background sound, the game has easily qualified the most favorite casual browser game.

When it comes to the weapons, DDTank also is modelled with various types of weapons. What you need to do is use your keyboard and attack the monsters and creatures, even you can go to PK using the latest PK System.

The Chinese MMORPG is best known as its free to play model, and the same story happens to DDTank, which gives players options to upgrade and refine equipment by which players could become more powerful in battle.

The annoying problem is that the game has been published by several publishers and even I cannot decide to choose which portal I should go for.
