1 How to play this game?

For beginners of the game, we have novice quests that bring lavish rewards and help beginners get acquainted with the game.

2,What are novice quests?

The novice quests are a series of tasks, which enables beginners to get used to the controls and understand historical background of the game.

3,How to get resources?
In this game, there’re many ways to get resources, such as collection of resources at a Resource Field, beating monsters in the “Coin”, “Lumber”, “Stone” or “Iron”, siege wars after LV 20, and completion of circular quests in Kaifeng after LV 30.

4,How to collect gift boxes?

When you reach LV 15, 25 or 35, you can get a quest from the Chancellor of Rites in the Novice Camp and collect the gift from the Empress in your capital city. When you reach LV 45 or 60, you can get a quest from the Novice Camp and collect the gift from the empress of another country specified.

5,How to view other players?

Click “View All” in the upper-right corner to open a list of players. Then select a player and left-click “Info”.

6,How to chat with other players?

(1) Click a player’s name in the chat room and select “Private chat”;
(2) Select “Private chat” above the input box and enter a player’s name; or
(3) Click a player listed in the upper-right corner and select “Private chat”.

7,What if I selected a wrong gender upon registration?

Simply find the Eunuch in the Palace of your capital city. Spend 50 gold and he will change your gender in the game. Then re-log in and press F5 to refresh the website.

8,What is a Drill Group?

The Drill Group is one of the ways to get player’s Exp, hero’s Exp and equipments. As long as a player’s level and ATK strength meet specific requirements, the player can hang on a drill ground. If a player’s level or ATK strength is 5 levels higher than the level of a drill ground, only half of the experience can be acquired; if a player’s level or ATK strength is 10-15 levels higher than the level of a drill ground, only 1/4 of the experience can be acquired.

9, What country do I belong to?

Click “Status” and you’ll see Player’s Info. In the upper-left corner, you can see different colors for different kingdoms: green for Hongwu, purple for Yongle and blue for Wanli. Capital of Hongwu: Nanjing; capital of Wanli: Xi’an; capital of Yongle: Beijing.

10,Why different colors are shown in the chat room?

In the chat room, words of players from different kingdoms are in different colors: green for Hongwu’s players, purple for Yongle’s players, and blue for Wanli’s players.

11,Can I delete a character?

No. Once a player character is created, it’s undeletable.

12,What kind of heroes can I choose?

In the Ming Dynasty, there’re 6 kinds of heroes: infantry hero, cavalry hero, archer hero, artillery hero, paladin hero and versatile hero.

13, How to recruit a hero?

Simply click “Heroes” and enter the interface of “Recruit”. You can also buy a Hero Spell from the Shop and use the spell to recruit a hero.

14,What is the difference between ATK and DEF?

(1) Only “ATK” heroes can be used to siege or PK with other players; while hanging on a Drill Ground, only “ATK” heroes can get Exp. In particular, the ATK strength required for a Drill Ground is equivalent to the sum of player’s ATK strength and hero’s ATK strength.

(2) “DEF” heroes can participate in the Barracks and defense your castle against invaders.

15,How many heroes can a player have at most?
At most, you can have 12 heroes: 6 active heroes (ATK/DEF) and 6 inactive heroes.

16, How to increase hero number?

After you reach a certain level, simply click [Affairs] → [Tech] → [Affairs Mgt] to upgrade [Command Ability] and recruit more heroes.

17,What is the top level of a hero?

In the Ming Dynasty, the top level of hero is Level 100.

18,What is the growth point of a hero?

The growth point (GP) decides a hero’s increased attributes (= increased ATK + DEF + AGL + VTL) after every level rise. The GP of heroes can be seen in the [Outfit].
For example, if the GP of a hero is 26 and the hero is at LV 50, when the hero rises to LV 51, the hero’s increased ATK + DEF + AGL + VTL = 26.

19,How to increase the GP of a hero?

You can find Wan Minying in the Novice Camp and use Growth Spell to increase your hero’s GP.

20,Why different heroes have different colors?

Different heroes may have different growth points (GP). Thus, different GP will lead to different colors of hero’s names:
If GP < 25, hero’s name: gray; if GP = 25-29.5, hero’s name: green; if GP = 30, hero’s name: blue.

21, What is ATK Strength?

(1) The ATK Strength is related to hero’s attributes and the strength of equipments used. The ATK Strength has nothing to do with soldiers.

(2) The higher ATK Strength, the more damages your heroes can cause.

22,How to rename a hero?

Click [Heroes] and enter the interface of [Outfit]. Select a hero, click the [Rename] button and enter a new name. It will cost you 1 gold.
